Case study: Lincoln Cathedral.

I work closely with the team at the iconic Lincoln Cathedral to ensure their image library is regularly updated and refreshed. They recognised the need to update their previous image library, which had become dated, and now we work together to shoot photos that can be used across a range of marketing channels.

As well as taking photos of the Cathedral itself and services throughout the year, I’ve captured the people that keep the historic site running smoothly - from residentiary canons to cleaners. My images now form the basis of the current marketing strategies.

Being a regular visitor to site, and working closely with those going about their day-to-day roles at the Cathedral, it helps me understand what makes the building special to them.

There is always a new angle or vantage point to photograph the building, which has stood overlooking Lincoln for hundreds of years. Something which can only be described as a dream for a photographer.
