Drone photography and aerial imagery.

As part of a commitment to offering clients a complete commercial photography service, Chris is pleased to be able to provide clients with stunning aerial images with drone photography for businesses.

Drone photography offers a different perspective. One that helps people understand scale, layout and context far better than images taken from the ground.

I provide professional drone imagery using lightweight, modern drones that are flown safely, legally and with minimal disruption on site. The focus is always on creating images that are genuinely useful for marketing, reporting or communications. Not flying for the sake of it.

All our drone flights are carried out in line with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.

I operate sub-250g drones in the Open Category, enabling safe, flexible operation across a wide range of environments while maintaining strict safety standards. Every flight is planned with safety, airspace, and the surrounding environment in mind.

This approach removes unnecessary complexity while ensuring every flight is legal and appropriate for the location.

Why lightweight drones make sense for commercial work.

Modern sub-250g drones deliver excellent image quality while offering practical advantages on real-world sites.

They are particularly well-suited to:

  • Construction and development updates

  • Property and location imagery

  • Tourism and place marketing

  • Event and outdoor site photography

  • Context shots for reports and publications

Because these drones are smaller and lighter, they enable safer operation around buildings and people (where permitted) without compromising the quality of the final images.

Chris combines his background as a specialist commercial photographer with a compliant, safety-focused approach to drone flying, using lightweight sub-250g drones under current UK Civil Aviation Authority Open Category regulations.
