Standalone Drone Photography

From £250 + VAT

Professional drone photography provides a unique perspective that helps organisations showcase their people, projects and locations in ways that simply aren't possible from ground level.

Every drone flight begins long before the aircraft leaves the ground. We'll carry out the planning required to ensure the operation can be completed safely and legally, including checking airspace restrictions, assessing the location and, where necessary, liaising with air traffic control.

Drone photography can also be incorporated into our Extended and Complete Photography Packages, subject to weather, airspace restrictions and operational requirements.

Business Portraits

Professional business portraits can be commissioned as a standalone session or incorporated into any of our photography packages.

One feature our clients particularly value is the opportunity for colleagues to review their photographs during the shoot using an iPad, allowing them to choose their preferred images immediately. It helps people feel involved in the process, gives confidence that they're happy with the final result and avoids unnecessary follow-up.

Whether photographing one colleague or an entire organisation, our aim is to create natural, approachable portraits that reflect both the individual and the organisation they represent.

Simple Video Content

Alongside photography, we can also produce simple video content for organisations looking to complement their image library.

This includes:

If your project requires more extensive video production, we'd be happy to discuss the best approach during your consultation.

Travel

Travel to a single location within Lincolnshire is included within our photography packages.

For assignments outside Lincolnshire, travel is charged at 55p per mile + VAT.

Where practical, we may recommend rail travel if it provides a more efficient or environmentally considerate option. Any additional costs, including parking, rail fares or overnight accommodation, will always be discussed and agreed before the assignment.

This means your audience sees professional photography from the very start, rather than relying on smartphone images until the full gallery is delivered.

5. Receive your completed image library

Your professionally processed photographs will normally be delivered through a private online gallery within three working days, ready to use across your marketing and communications.

How many photographs will we receive?

We don't work to a fixed image count because every project is different.
Rather than aiming for a particular number, we concentrate on delivering the strongest collection of photographs that meet your brief and provide genuine value for your organisation.
When will we receive our images from you?

We offer a guaranteed turnaround time of three working days of the photographic shoot.
Do you offer drone photography and/or video services?

Yes. I offer professional drone photography and aerial video using lightweight sub-250g drones. These provide excellent quality while giving more operational flexibility in many environments.
Drone photography can be commissioned as a standalone service or incorporated into our Extended and Complete Photography Packages, subject to weather, airspace and operational requirements.
Are your drone flights fully legal in the UK?

Absolutely. I hold a current CAA Operator ID and Flyer ID, and every flight is planned and conducted in compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority’s regulations. All flights are fully insured.
How have recent UK regulations changed drone flying?

UK drone rules are being updated (including technical classifications and Remote ID for new drones from 2026), but legacy sub-250 g drones like mine continue to fly legally under existing Open Category rules, and I already fully comply with those rules.
Do you need a licence or authorisation from the CAA to fly?

For the sub-250 g drones I now fly under the CAA Open Category. I do not need to operate these under a GVC or Operational Authorisation, meaning I fly legally with my Operator and Flyer ID and follow all applicable safety and compliance requirements.
Can you tailor a photography package?

Absolutely.
Our photography packages provide a clear starting point, but every organisation is different. We'll take the time to understand your objectives and recommend the approach that best supports your marketing and communications.
Do we need to know exactly what photography we need before getting in touch?

Not at all.
Many organisations contact us knowing what they want to achieve but not necessarily the type or amount of photography they need. That's exactly what the free consultation is for. We'll take the time to understand your objectives before recommending the most appropriate package.
Can you photograph more than one location?

Absolutely.
Many organisations ask us to photograph multiple sites during the same project. We'll discuss the most efficient approach during the planning stage and provide a tailored quotation where additional travel is required.
Can business portraits be included within a package?

Yes.
Business portraits can be incorporated into the Extended and Complete Photography Packages, allowing you to combine colleague profile pictures with workplace, marketing and communications photography during the same visit.
