TransferPilot Refund Policy.

Effective from the date shown on the version published at the time of purchase.

1 Our 14-day refund promise

You may request a refund for a TransferPilot licence for any reason within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. This promise applies whether you purchased as a consumer or for a business.

You may use this period to install TransferPilot, check compatibility and test it with non-critical files and your own authorised FTP account.

2 How to request a refund

Email within the 14-day period. Include the purchaser’s name, the email address used at checkout and the Adfin payment reference or receipt information. You do not have to provide a reason, although feedback may help us improve TransferPilot.

3 How refunds are made

Refunds under this policy will be made to the original payment method. We will initiate the refund as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 14 days after receiving a valid request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.

The refund covers the amount paid for the TransferPilot licence. It does not cover charges for internet access, FTP hosting or any other third-party service.

4 What happens to the licence

When a refund is issued, the TransferPilot licence ends. You must stop using the software, uninstall it from every Mac and delete the installer, licence information and any backup copies in your possession or control.

5 Requests after 14 days

After the 14-day period, we do not normally provide refunds because you changed your mind, no longer need the software, do not have a suitable FTP account or have changed your equipment or workflow.

This does not affect legal rights that cannot be excluded. If TransferPilot is faulty, not as described or does not meet rights that apply to your purchase, contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, that may include an update, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

6 Duplicate and unauthorised payments

Contact us promptly if you believe a payment was duplicated or made without authority. We may ask for information needed to verify the transaction before arranging the appropriate correction or refund.

7 Statutory rights

The 14-day refund promise is offered in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, statutory rights available to consumers. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
